Log a set.
Set it down.
Launched October 2, 2026, SetDown is a fast, lightweight workout journal for iPhone. Use the form or your own text shortcuts: use “bp” for Bench Press, then type “8 bp 135” to record 8 reps at 135 lb. The form keeps your numbers ready for the next set.
Explore a library of animated exercise guides in a warm, illustrated gym. Filter by body part, view each movement from three angles, and pause or scrub through it alongside clear technique cues. Add exercises from the library to your journal, or keep defining your own. The guides work offline, with lighting that follows your local time.
Compare progress, see when you last trained each body part, and share a workout receipt with a little figure showing the areas you trained.
The upcoming 1.1.2 update adds exercise guides, shareable workout summaries, Stats, exact cardio time, eight additional languages, and accessibility improvements. Free, accountless, and stored locally.
