SetDown press kit
SetDown is a free, offline workout journal for iPhone. Bring your own exercises, log sets with a form or plain text, and check your progress. No account is required.
What makes it different
SetDown does not require a workout plan or a preset exercise list. You create your exercises and can give each one a text shortcut. With “bp” saved for Bench Press, “8 bp 135” records 8 reps at 135 lb. Form entry is available alongside text entry.
A front-and-back body map shows days since you logged each muscle group. Tap a region to see its exercises. The illustration summarizes training history, not recovery.
Sets, daily notes, and bodyweight stay on the phone. SetDown works offline, with no account, ads, or in-app purchases in the current release. Users can export JSON backups and CSV files, and restore through an iPhone iCloud Backup that includes the app.
Upcoming 1.1.2 update
The upcoming update adds animated exercise guides, shareable workout summaries, Stats, exact cardio time, eight additional languages, and accessibility improvements.
